Clesse UK offers customer product training and advice in how best to use and install its products. Main objective is to work with customers such as gas suppliers to provide its engineers and operations staff product familiarisation, develop in depth periodic maintenance practice and a forum to discuss new product developments and installation.
The purpose is to underpin and extend on current accreditation and installation practice to ensure users of Clesse equipment keep pace with the changes in the industry –
Our technical regulation manager at Clesse UK “It’s a natural progression in supporting our customers and being centrally located, we are easily accessible for one or more days training. Being provided direct by the manufacturer we can really support and provide qualified in depth training and I view this as a two way relationship, to underpin and extend understanding of how gas control works and on the flip side, we get first hand feedback on how our equipment is performing in the field, ideas for future development and improvement that we can take back to our manufacturing colleagues in France and Italy.
At the new training area and class room, visitors are able to turn valves, adjust and strip down regulators, see how twin and single stream systems operate with live demonstrations together with tailored training packages. Providing ‘real life’ situations such as demonstrating that simple mistakes can end up with a costly interruption of gas supply with distribution stations and give engineers the confidence to tackle even the largest more complex systems from domestic sized pressure systems to full sized Pressure Reduction Stations of 1000kgh designed to the new TD13 standards of design and construction.
As a committed European manufacturer supplying the UK market Clesse Industries views this as a key step in business strategy to connect with customers and further enhance our quality system from manufacture right to the point of installation and on-going periodic inspection giving an end to end solution
